Younger brother to Shamna, Shalio is in charge of the military for the Kingdom of Zilkhstan. Shalio is shown to be wheel chair bound and requires assistance to be loaded into his Knightmare frame. Together with his piloting abilities and his sisters "divinations", he has helped significantly grow the power of Zilkhstan as a mercenary country.
