Machimiya appears at the beginning of the 3rd day of Inter High. He has red/pinkish hair, bushy eyebrows and big bags under his eyes. He is a sprinter and captain of Hiroshima, his team.

He's very manipulative and selfish. His riding technique has earned him bruises in his chest that resemble eyes.
