A Silent Voice is more than just my favourite anime film, it's my favourite film of all time. It presents the core messages of anxiety, depression and self-hatred and how you can learn to overcome it. A Silent Voice is a film that I've always wanted to talk about but never had the courage to because I was afraid of not giving the film the justice it deserves.
