The grandfather of the three Kawamoto sisters. He runs a traditional wagashi shop, Mikazuki-dou. Even though he may appear to be unexpressive, he actually dotes on his grandchildren a lot, in particular Momo. Along with Akari, he likes to watch over Rei.
