She is a retired baker who once run the island's well known Madera bakery, it is suggested that she is the one who taught the group namely; Amil, Airy, Neris and Rick everything they need to know about baking and running a bakery. Occasionally the group would drop by her place either to help out or when they need to use her wagon.
