Baba Yoshio is a character introduced in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series. As an operative of MEMBER, he is a hacker and an expert in robotics and information gathering. Initially a minor character in his debut in the original light novel, his role in the story is expanded in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.
