Haruka is Yotasuke's classmate and goes to the same cram school as Yatora.

Haruka is particularly eccentric, he acts in a cheerful and aloof manner. He also likes to annoy and irritate his fellow cram-school students. Despite this he makes time to hang out with them, and is actually pretty friendly.
