Kiyoko is a Special Class Investigator, and noteworthy for being the first woman to achieve that rank. She is assigned to the 1st Ward as the Chief of Division I . She was a classmate of Kasuka Mado, and is greatly admired by the female employees of CCG for her many achievements.
