Edytha Neumann is a Witch attached with the Karlsland Air Force. She was the commanding officer of the Jagdgeschwader 27 Gruppe I at the time Hanna-Justina Marseille was assigned to the unit. Edytha didn't had a favorable impression on the girl, but promised to turn her into a first-class Witch anyway.
